The owl stays up so you can snooze.

Paste in an invoice from any tool. Snoozy Owl sends your client a polite reminder, then a firmer one, and keeps going until you mark it paid. You never write the awkward follow-up email again.

Free for your first 3 invoices, forever. No card. No newsletter — one email when it opens, one if it doesn't.
You're on the list. Reply to the confirmation email and tell me your worst late-payer story — those shape what gets built first.

The owl wakes up a little more each time.

Every reminder goes out under your name, from your reply-to address. The tone escalates on a schedule you set; these are the defaults.

3 days before due
Heads up: invoice #1042 is due Friday

A courtesy note. Most clients pay here and you never need the rest.

1 day after due
Invoice #1042 was due yesterday

Friendly, assumes it slipped through. Attaches the PDF again.

7 days late
Following up: #1042, 7 days overdue

Direct. Asks for a payment date, offers to resend bank details.

14 days late
Overdue: #1042 needs attention

Firm. Mentions late-payment terms if you've set them.

30 days late
Final notice before next steps: #1042

The email you'd never want to write yourself. Then it hands back to you.

Three things, then it runs on its own.

Add the invoice

Client name and email, amount, due date, invoice number, and a link to the PDF. Thirty seconds. It doesn't matter what tool made the invoice.

Pick a sequence

Use the default five reminders or edit the wording and timing. Set your own reply-to so answers land in your inbox, not ours.

Mark it paid

Money arrives, you click one button, the owl goes back to sleep. Until then, your dashboard shows what's outstanding and when the next nudge goes out.

Questions

What if the client replies?

The reply goes straight to your inbox because reply-to is your address. Mark the invoice paid or pause the sequence from the dashboard and no further reminders go out.

Does it connect to Stripe / FreshBooks / Wave?

Not at launch. You add invoices by upload or copy; it takes about thirty seconds. Integrations come once enough people ask for a specific one, so tell us which.

Can it send in French, Dutch, German or another language?

Yes — the default templates come in English, French, Dutch and German, and you can edit any of them. More languages come in later stages.

When does it open?

The first batch of waitlist users gets access in the coming weeks. Everyone on the list gets the free plan; early users who send feedback keep the paid plan free.
