What we collect and why
| Data | Purpose | Legal basis | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Email address and your answer to "how do you invoice today?" | To tell you when Snoozy Owl launches and to decide which invoicing tools to support first | Your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the box on the form | Until you withdraw consent, or 12 months after launch, whichever comes first |
| Technical data: IP address, browser type, time of request | To serve the site securely and to block abuse | Legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)) in running a secure website | Short-lived logs kept by our hosting provider, typically up to 7 days |
We do not use the waitlist address for a newsletter, we do not sell or share it for marketing, and we do not build a profile of you.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking scripts. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. If that changes, this page and the site will be updated first.

Changes
If the product launches, this policy will be replaced by one covering the service itself, including how we handle your clients' contact details. You will be told before that happens.
